Take your usual US size. We cut the toe box roomier than most ballet flats, so wide feet fit without going up. If you sit between two sizes, take the half size up. Measure your foot heel to toe in cm and check it against the size guide before you order.
Are they actually comfortable?

Yes. The insole is cushioned where your foot lands, the lining is soft and the sole bends with every step. There is no break-in. Wear them out of the box.
Do they really fold?

Fold the shoe at the arch and it fits in a tote, a coat pocket, a glovebox. Unfold it and the sole settles straight back into shape. The patent upper does not crease.
